Louisiana Childcare Training
All Louisiana Childcare Training classes are offered online. They can be completed at your convenience in the comfort of your home. They can be completed at your own pace. And, successful completion will earn clock hours or credit toward NAC renewal.
Louisiana Requirements
All courses listed on this page are accepted by the Louisiana Department of Education for continuing education for those who work in Type I, Type II, and Type III child care centers or in family child day care homes. This includes directors, early learning staff, and providers.
Child Care Academy classes may not be used to meet the three hours of training on infectious diseases, health and safety and/or food service preparation required by the Louisiana Department of Health.
Louisiana Pathways Child Care Career Development System
Our clock hours may be used to advance along the Louisiana Pathways career ladders for the Administrator Track, the Classroom Track and the Child Care Track.

NAC Credential Renewal

We also offer CPR/AED/First certification classes. These courses are offered through ASHI. And, these classes are approved and accepted in all states.
