How can I pay for a class?

You can use Stripe, any major credit card, mail a check, or use a purchase order from your company. Whichever method is the easiest and most convenient for you.

Can somebody else pay for a class for me?

Yes. The class participant and the purchaser/paying party do not have to be the same person. As a result, the participant just needs to be sure that their name and email address is listed as the person who will be the class participant to ensure the certificate is properly issued.

How long will it take to get the completion certificate after I finish a class?

The completion certificate will be emailed to successful participants within 24 hours of course completion.

What if I need help with a class?

You may contact the CCA office using telephone, email, text, the contact form on the CCA website, or the Live Chat feature (located in the lower left hand side of each page of the CCA website). The CCA office is open Monday-Friday 9am-5pm Eastern Time.

Where do I go to begin my online class?

Registered class participants should go to the CCA homepage and choose ‘My Account’. You will be able to login (or sign up for an account). Once logged in, participants will be able to access all of t your courses with CCA.

Is there an Honor Code?

Yes. CCA has an Honor Code of which every student MUST read, understand, acknowledge and agree to adhere for each CCA class. You can access the Honor Code Policy here.

What if I need to cancel my class?

You may cancel a class. But, you must adhere to the CCA Cancellation policies. Access the CCA Cancellation Policies here.

Does CCA keep any of my confidential information on file?

You may access the CCA Privacy Policy here. It will outline what is kept, how it is kept and why it is kept. And, if you have questions, please contact the CCA office.


Child Care Academy offers online training courses for child care providers. Our childcare classes are approved in most states. Visit our CDA Certification (Child Development Associate Credential), for information about this national credential.

We also offer CPR/AED/First certification classes. And, these classes are approved and accepted in all states.

Our approved child care training programs can be completed at your convenience. They are offered as online classes. So, they can be completed in the comfort of your own home, office, classroom, or even the while on vacation. Our office offers free unlimited customer service via telephone, email, or live chat!
